@harblinger @cjd btw pretty sure Blackstone is the corporate umbrella that BlackRock was originally from, most likely they're just playing 3 card Monty to pretend wizards are buying all these houses and it's nothing to do with them
I just sorta hope the housing market comes down a bit, to say the least
