1) Those reports were from 2012/15... Zelenskyy was elected in '19 on a platform of ENDING corruption, and he has been. Ukraine was becoming less corrupt since 2012, and far less corrupt since 2019 when Zelesnkyy was elected.
2) One of those reports notes that their data from Ukraine wasn't as reliable because it was less than half of the data from other countries.
3) UA is followed by Italy. Are you suggesting Russia is justified in invading Italy bc they're 'corrupt'?
