When this card comes up in a reading then I take it to mean that someone is being left out.
If it appears in the Thoughts/ Decisions row then it can mean that someone is not being involved in the discussions of plans. Look around you for who you haven't consulted.
If it appears in the Feelings and Emotions row then it can mean that someone needs your time more than those you are spending time on.
If it appears in the Physical and Material world row that can mean you have let a job be put back for long enough. Get your house into order.
