Looks like #Starbucks now allows you to order a Tomato and Mozzarella panini without it being warmed, AND this is the *default* option in the app. Is this a common enough way to eat this sandwich for it to be the DEFAULT?

@sojournTime I'm sure of that. But given how many people will ask them to warm the shrink-wrapped package handed to them after they've waited 15 minutes for their mobile order to be "completed", they may end up increasing the mean response time. They should default to warmed and let the few who want it caprese style opt in to that.
