Terry is one of those cases where you have someone very intelligent speaking through some kind of disability that everyone gets distracted by.
It reminds me a bit of one of my math professors who came here from communist China and spoke English *very* poorly. You have to listen carefully and then put all the pieces together to figure out what they're saying.
