As a reminder, the WHO weekly guidelines are as follows for 18 - 64-year-olds:
• At least 150–300 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic activity
• Or at least 75–150 minutes of vigorous-intensity aerobic activity
• Resistance training of all major muscle groups on 2 or more days a week
