It’s insane what it going on at #twitter. I mean sometimes it can be successful to lead a company as a hardliner, but what #elonmusk obviously fails to do is create a vision and create a „we-feeling“. Threats, ultimatums and straightout creating chaos without really understanding how internal processes of the original twitter company are working can only lead to this. #leadership looks differently.
