A terminal is available over SSH - either using usb-ethernet networking by connecting a cable to the watch or over wireless LAN (connectctl is available). Once you have ssh root access you can install any of the packages available via the AsteroidOS repository. I install vim and neofetch just because it was possible to do so. And why not?
