With Twitter, he has a massive propaganda tool at his disposal. And he has wooed autocrats like MbS, Modi, Erdogan, and Xi successfully by silencing their opposition.
When he needs eased regulations in those countries for his ventures, he (alone) will have it.
China+India form 40% of the world's population.

Unless you are from Turkey, India or China ... you know, countries that have more culture individually than the rest of the world combined ... this is just colonial blather. Twitter doesn't matter to non-colonials.
