OK, I just checked. Default #Mastodon UI definitely has a block button, for both accounts and servers.
@strypey I go for "intentional smear" since it is written as though they made an honest attempt to use a server but maligned the whole network in the headline.
Maybe this whole "Mastodon server" branding is the problem, setting it up for failure. With "fediverse instance" instead, a review would be clearly about specific servers.
