just rigged a new adjustable power supply (left) for my own personal use at the lab, the output dc voltage can be selected from 9 volts to 15.8 volts with 7-ampere maximum current output... this would be useful in testing my customized electronic products such as the automatic solar low voltage shutdown aslvs box (right): (on test without a load at its output) the aslvs in the ON mode with a dc supply voltage not less than 12.9 volts, aslvs switches to the OFF mode when supply voltage goes down to 10.8 volts
