Shooting competition canceled because Texas boomers can't handle the cold. :(
@valleyforge The at www.texastactical.net excuse was the wind specifically. It blows targets over too much. I do suspect that projected poor attendance was a factor.
The Texan has an operating tempurature of ~60°F and above
