Supreme Court Urged To Rule Trump Ineligible To Be President Again Because Of Jan. 6 Insurrection.
The case presents the high court with its first look at a provision of the 14th Amendment barring some people who “engaged in insurrection” from holding public office.

It was so obvious what #Trump was trying to do on J6 yet we are about to waste a truck full of money on this imbecile again.

These court cases with him are costing us a small fortune, but we have to do it.

Common sense says that Trump and his supporters fomented insurrection but I fear that #SCOTUS will twist the plain facts into a pretzel to avoid the responsibility of enforcing the purpose and intention of the #14thAmendment.

@BohemianPeasant it depends on who you ask.

The other side says common sense says Trump obviously did not foment insurrection.

With recognizing that disagreement you won't see what the Supreme Court is working with, what they have to recognize as they come up with their ruling.

The fundamental question here is how do we settle that disagreement.
