Agreeed, this does explaain instagram for kids idea , currently on hold probably so they can rework their lies about data.
I have just translated the article to English and will try and share locally.
It seems facebook are rather defensive of having to share information and research which means they are hiding something as if they were open and not hiding why try and be so secretive.,
