Are these the right representation of colours for plugs in a particular country ? Why would people have red / green for what I assume here is live neutral
If anyone is colour blind they apparently can't differentiate
hence in the Uk
Live = Brown
Neutral = Blue
Earth Yellow / green
Clearly trying to put wires in to the socket is a VERY BAD idea anyway and should NEVER be attempted.

Interesting how some places it's white-neutral and black-hot, and other places it's the other way around.
A few years ago, a cable tv tech was monkeying with the wires to my mother in law's house, knocked out the neutral, and blew up several appliances in the house.
