If i mute an instance does it hide all users or can i still interact with ppl i follow from that instance

@ruina If I understand it , it will mute everyone, you can mute individual users. who are causing problems.

Maybe @freemo can help further as he is an instance admin for qoto.

Would be interesting to find out though.
