Does anyone have any recommendations for some basic smarthome monitoring stuff I could connect to remotely from my home? I'd like to stay way from a big subscription-driven ecosystem if I can. Could maybe self-host, if whatever product has decent instructions for doing so. Not going to build it all from scratch with arduinos or anything, though.

I'm specifically looking for thermometers, maybe a camera, and (if they exist), a power outage notification system.
