Maybe we can keep the statement but expand to emphasise while fedi is free you are seen as an individual
It is like the statement about "too good to be true it probably is"
. Now think the fact that Linux mint or Debian are Free.
A whole OS for free (people see cost here only) may seem like there is a catch somewhere.
Free as in cost vs free as in freedom.
