Do you prefer to buy DRM-free ebooks?
You can read them on any device you want, and they're not locked to a single vendor or company. You actually own them.
Here is a list of online bookshops that sell DRM-free ebooks, digital comics, and RPGs!
One of the hardest parts about shopping for DRM-free ebooks is that the stores often have both DRMed and DRM-free ebooks, and make it hard to sort through them.
Also, I strongly prefer epub books so I can read them on different sized devices, and many drm-free ebooks are pdf :(

I think we need to start a campaign to ask stores to make it clear which books are DRM enabled and which are DRM free.
Can't be that hard or difficult for them and will generate extra sales.

Agreed!
Most of these bookshops recommend that their authors make their ebooks DRM-free, but have to maintain the DRM option for the larger publishers.
