I would very much prefer not to use Twitter anymore, but my network is much larger there than it is here. #digitalhealth researchers, psychologists, eating behaviour people - are you here?

You should be able to use tags such as #Academia yes, along side subject specific tags e.g #biology
There may be people listed on Trunk, which I encourage people to get added to.
