In libraries over here, all books have rfid tags on, so an alarm goes off if you try and walk out without checking the book out first. You can borrow books for a set amount of time, if you fail to return you get a fine.
Perhaps the US government need a similar system so that senior members of the government, including presidents can't just take stuff out without proper authorisation first. Sensitive top secret or sensitive stuff should NEVER be removed unless there is a good reason or safeguards are on place.
Well hopefully a system will stop that from happening, should not really need it, surely politicians are meant to be well educated and intelligent,
