Tesla cars keep going wrong based on a few recent reports.
Even when they are driveable the build quality is sub-par, and so is the customer service to get anything fixed (I do car detailing as a hobby and lurk on a lot of detailing forums; folk are constantly complaining about the bodywork on Teslas which is quite ropey considering the price they are sold for..)
depends on country and how much local expertise (particularly at bodyshops) there is to repair them (and the scrap value can be substantial as the car can either be exported to a country which can repair it, or stripped for parts which are often used for converting oldtimers to electric drivetrains)
@zleap
Elon Musk has twice in the last month gutted prices for Teslas.
Loses almost 10 thousand a car from last month's prices.
1000 cars sold is a 10 million dollar loss, while GM, VW, Hyundai, Toyota cant get enough EVs to market.
