The drag show crackdown in Florida is so weird.
The idea that drag shows are "dangerous" or "subversive" seems like something from the 1980s.
It's like we are in a time warp.
This is why the DeSantis administration had to falsify their complaints against venues that hosts these shows.
The reality is benign.
A kid attends a drag show with their parents.
OK.
Then what happens?
Are the people concerned about kids going to drag shows also planning to ban kids from having access to the internet?
For the most part the Internet is safe, if used properly, there are tools to keep kids safe on line, it is up to PARENTS to stop using the internet as a baby sitter and start actually PARENTING and supervise and talk to their kids
Even better put down phone, turn of computer and go outside and explore and experience nature. go to museums, or science centres, etc.
That need to start with the parents, we may solve a lot of problems doing that.
