This may make it easier to challenge in court, however that is not much help in the short term.

I just can't see the FDA and the government letting this happen on a drug that has been approved and in use for over 20 years without legitimate concerns from doctors and scientists... but then again we are living in a country where half the fucking morons voted for trump.
