While I am sure we all wish her all the best in her new job, I feel the damage is done, it is so far gone, trying to fix Twitter and all the issues, Musk has caused may be impossible without drastic actions.
The current users who have the freedom to share their hate and malice are not going to give up without a fight, if most are mysogamists she will be the target of so much hate, threats and perhaps even physical violence.
Who is she going to hire as moderators? Who would take on the job knowing full well what they are going to be exposed to. Who is liable when people start to bring civil cases for the impact to mental health. (facebook has already faced this).
My main concern will be that twitter fails totally, or is simply shut down, leaving all these hateful people to gravitate elsewhere, (fedi perhaps), causing a lot of work for aready stretched moderators and admins.
