Nice to see that real places recognise that the web is best and “install an app” is not something that actual people really want to do for something they’ll do once.

Websites if done properly should be able to display on any device or screen size and adjust content accordingly. So a normal web browser is all that is needed.
Perhaps this is what they mean, you can visit the website rather than downloading an App to do what you can also do on the website.
