Another difficult one, Not a second time from With the Beatles. You could do with sone sort of regular expression thing.

1. Select random line from a song
2. Check said line does not match a song title
3. If 2 is true go to 1
4. Eles print line to mastodon

No idea how to do that, probably some sort of clever grep fu.
