1. Cost of living
2. Interest rate rises = higher mortgate costs
3. Cost of rent
4. ULEZ stopping working people actually getting to work or making journeys unviable
5. Skills shortages
6. Waiting lists
7. Shortage of NHS workers
8. Shortage of care workers
9. War in Ukraine
10. Home office in disarray and incapable of stopping people smugglers
