I really don't think that's any of our business.
What it is our business, however, is ensuring we have robust legislation, security provision, and funding in place to stop powerful oligarchs and agents from nations who have chosen autocracy from subverting, interfering and attacking democracies.

I fully agree, after all the war of independence was fought as you wanted that so Britain and it's Empire could no longer tell you in the new world Colonies what you can and can't do.
