According to the BBC, Ukraine have denied these are their drones, however there does seem to be an assumption that is the case.

We do now there are opposition groups in Russia, if they got hold of drones and have decided to take advantage of the war to use drones to attack Buildings, they may be doing so to oppose putins regime but also in solidarity with Ukraine, but not acting on their behalf.

What evidence is there the drones are: a) from Ukraine and b) attacks are on the orders of the UKraine government / military.

Could they simply be internal groups doing this who are opposed to putin. The russian army is to bogged down with Uraine to deal properly with what is probably growing internal desent.
