I have a simple pay grade solution for these already over paid prima donners posting as sports starts

1. Pay well and win - paid + bonus
2. Play badly and lose, you don't get paid anything that week

Various grades between that, sort of performance related pay for in this case football players.

These are meant to be professional athletes, they should remember that pulling on a team shirt, regardless of level (even international) is a privilege and NOT a right, you need to EARN place on a team and work hard to keep it.

Fans deserve better,
