I overheard this today from someone who works as a carer. She went on to spout some of the vilest racist and xenophobic bullshit that I've ever heard in "polite" conversation.

It was straight from the fascist rhetoric that we see all the time on Twitter/Facebook. And the people she was talking to weren't in a position where they felt they could stand up to her.
