@obeto It's sad that people won't just enmass leave platforms like this.. I'm still surprised by the number of universities and businesses use Twitter even now.
It's a bad look but money before ethics I suppose.

To be fair I responded to a user on here the other day who was in the situation where they NEED an income just to survive, being on Twitter / substack gives them some degree of income, moving away they take a huge hit financially.
They dont' want to be there due to what is happening but finding it much harder to move away from these platforms.
We need to find a model on here, so people are able to move and maintain their income, so they can buy food, pay rent.
The Rich can afford to leave, a lot of people can't. Lets see how we can build a model that works for people.

On the one hand, it seems logical.
OTOH, I can assure you of this: I am not Jewish or LGBTQ or a Native American.
However, I WON'T be on any Black platform that condones/actively promotes discriminating against them, despite my being Black, and earning a living from them.
It'd tarnish my brand, and associate me with those creeps.
Moreover, it has been over a year since MElon started his madness.
Only complacency, laziness, or silent "tacit approval" keeps anyone there.
