Oh good, another day, another group of parents not content with just making decisions for their own children, but trying to foist their views on others too:

How are they defining "smartphone" and "social media", out of interest...?

I was thinking the same question, I guess as tablets are bigger they are not as convenient to carry around as a smartphone. But the same apps on Phones, tablets, desktops make people contactable 24/7 in some way.
