War != imperialism. If Russia is trying to do an imperialism in Ukraine, and the U.S. sends troops to keep Ukraine free, thatʼs anti-imperialism, not imperialism.

Granted, there will be fuckery on the U.S.ʼs part, and they will probably find a way to keep a long-term presence in the area, which is imperialism.

But if youʼre anti-imperialist, itʼs the lesser of two evils in this case.

Sometimes the thing you would prefer to happen is literally impossible, and you have to take what you can get.
