It might be worth making a group to connect across servers? You can put an @ in front of any phrase (like TransPOC!) in front of @a.gup.pe (@ a-dot-gup-dot-pe). Then it is a group that people can follow, and if you tag the handle then everyone following that group will see the post even if they don’t follow you! No one controls the group, though, so you can’t moderate content. I made @queerornithology to connect my queer colleagues!
@skwinnicki @thesetinysighs @rocketroom @queerornithology Or you could just follow the #TransPOC hashtag to do the same thing. Click the hashtag, then at upper right, click the icon that looks like a person's head with a +. It should turn into an x.
@mwt @skwinnicki @thesetinysighs @rocketroom @queerornithology following hashtags works fine in the web interface but not in the apps that I have found. Following guppy groups is as easy as following any other account and you can add the guppy group to a list just like any other account (which I have not been able to do with hashtags I follow).
@mwt @davidmiller @skwinnicki @thesetinysighs@eightpoint.app @rocketroom @queerornithology tusky allegedly has this feature now, though i haven't tried it yet
