今天实在学不进，于是去外面看树。树都冰住了，有风的时候僵僵地动。好像忽然重新知道了僵是什么意思，有点明白为什么有的组织变得僵化。冰住的树只能整体被风吹动，失去了风与枝与叶各自独立的互动。
