Nothing wrong with Russians as such. Plenty of Russians move to other countries and live perfectly normal lives, working, doing business and integrating with the societies flawlessly. The problem is with a widespread neo-imperial sentiment in Russia itself, which is a cultural phenomenon that has born the state-level arrogance and aggressive attitude towards others.
