ok, after update of garuda linux, system started to act funny. for some reason sddm getting killed and restarted, or xorg, shortly after login or even w/out login in while it waits for my password. Some effing around pinpointed source of the problem - guess who?

most likely I screwed installation somehow, now I commit some defile on my computer - installed gnome, just to try and see. Well, system seems now stable, but I don't think I'll stay for long (honestly? I don't like gnome dev attitude but don't remember when I decided that, forgot the story).
So, what else is out there for DEs?
or you know what? I'll try gnome for a week or two, people were saying a lot of good stuff about it recently, maybe, just maybe..
