I would just ask z-library and download from there.
@skyblond I just read that z-library has been shut down. I've never even heard of it until today.
During the first several hours, z-library can be accessed over Tor, but the download is not working, while "send to email" is totally functioning.
Now, I think they already enabled the tor download, so I think the z-library is officially a Tor site, which, for me, is a good thing.

Z-library over Tor is still functioning. And Tor is fairly easy to use (assuming there are no heavy blocking like in China and Iran)
