As soon as I started reading it I remembered it from sometime before. If anyone else has that feeling the pre-print(or a similar paper that they ended up changing up a bit) was submitted in late 2021.

I think I've seen a half dozen novel prophylactic strategies, some of them pretty complex. The powers that spread Covid feel by obligation to deliver these technologies to the masses. They'll use them themselves, I'm sure, but will not share.
