The world failed the Syrian civilians of Idlib. They were able to send the Jihadists in Idlib heavy weapons and millions of dollars for 10 years nonstop, but couldn’t bother send one bulldozer or rescuer to help civilians trapped under the rubble. Thousands could’ve been saved.
