We live in weird times. Vietnamese EV maker VinFast (who you’ve probably never heard of; a year ago, I didn’t know Vietnam had any auto manufacturers let alone a new EV startup) just went public on the NASDAQ, and is now worth more than Ford, GM, BMW, and Volkswagen. They had some *very* critical car reviews - look on youtube. One hopes, for their sake, that they can iterate quickly and fix most with software updates, because more EVs is generally good - but they've made design choices i wouldn't. To be fair - so has Tesla.
