Letting go of the instinctive reaction to solve every problem and respond to every general ask is one of the hardest things about an expanding scope of leadership - details still matter but you just *can't* do everything anymore; figuring out which general asks you can ignore and which ones need you *specifically* is a skill that takes time to develop.
Learning to *not* catch the ball is a difficult but vital lesson.
