iTunes Match continues to be an outlier in the field of Apple services and products that are often priced at a premium (if not just plain over-priced) - $25 a year for offsite storage of my 150GB music library, with free upscaling of those 128Kbps mp3 rips from 20 years ago ... that's a bargain.

can you download them all locally as DRM-free files?
@Biggles yeah, only the rented stuff through Apple Music has restrictions. everything else is clean 256Kbps AAC.
