Wow #MedMastodon is really growing! I’ve added more server capacity to handle all the new members! I’ve also added elastic search. There may be a brief downtime (~1 minute) as the changes get implemented.
Hopefully this will substantially improve our experience!

Any idea how I can follow posts within Med-mastodon without switching server? Can I simply search on #MedMastodon

@KateCushing you can follow any federated instance or you can switch to med-mastodon. Alternatively you can just follow a bunch of people here and you’ll see a bunch of #MedMastodon content that way.
@nick @KateCushing I found an option on the web browser to subscribe specifically to the med-mastadon domain! If you go to Account Settings -> Followers and Subscriptions -> Domain Subscribes, it will put public #MedMastodon posts onto your timeline. I am pretty sure it's working! :) I am not sure if it is the instance qoto-specific or not but give it a try!
