This past Saturday was the 3 year anniversary of my company, Nunavolt Engineering Services. It allowed me to do electrical engineering consulting on my own, for which I'm very grateful.

I regularly think about what project to take on next and where to take the company as I struggle with self-confidence issues and imposter syndrome.
