Quote tweet/toot is/would be useful for “look at this interesting thread” when you don’t necessarily want to pick a single tweet/toot
@mikelove agreed, but for now does replying kinda sorta do a similar thing as it puts it onto your own page? It's not the same though.

@mikelove @ChrisWilms23 not sure any app enables it, but I'm back and forth between using Yuito or just adding a Firefox shortcut to the browser page on my phone desktop. Guess the fastest way is the hamburger menu and copy link -
@Kalwat_Lab @mikelove Exactly how I did it in Tusky: "copy link" in the menu at the bottom of the toot.
