I've been getting solicitations from UNICEF and Save the Children, Doctors Without Borders.
Mentioning any assistance to kids in Palestine could get me in trouble under the idiot's charge of "anti-semitism", but Palestinians are semitic, folks.
...and a UN associated charity has come to my attention via KALW's Tangents Radio, and that's the Maia Project. Focus is on supplying clean water.
If you're inclined to help out, this one doesn't spend money on promotional mailers, so they'll make the most of donations IMHO.
