Edith spills something on Archie's klan robes and takes them to George Jefferson's dry cleaners to get them cleaned.

Hilarity ensues.

Alex Keaton, wondering what happened to Reaganism, holds his nose to register as a Democrat

It is indisputable that some - and only some - criticism of #Israel does cross the line into #antisemitism.

But what surprises me more is how much support for #Israel is also, often, anti-semitic as well or coming from those who've expressed blatantly #antisemitic views. How come that doesn't get called out as much?

Personally, I feel the biggest driver of antisemitism globally is, in fact, the #Israeli government. They are making things worse for Jewish people around the world.

University has found a cocktail of nasty pesticides in oysters and water in one of the NSW North Coast’s dominant rivers.

"New research led by Southern Cross University has found a cocktail of nasty pesticides in oysters and water from one of the NSW North Coast’s dominant rivers. Samples taken from the Richmond River estuary reveal 21 different pesticides, including a mix of herbicides, insecticides and fungicides. The study is the most comprehensive investigation that has been undertaken into the pesticides entering waterways from agricultural and urban run-off in northern NSW"
"The concentrations of several pesticides exceeded safe environmental guidelines, including atrazine and diuron that are banned overseas. Benomyl was also detected despite being banned in Australia.....“At present there is little accountability for the downstream impacts from land-based run-off.”

This symbol you see everywhere this time of year is *not* a snowflake.

It is the 8-pointed 🌟Bethlehem Star 🌟, a tatreez (embroidery) symbol that has decorated #Palestinian #artwork for centuries and was brought to Europe via the Crusades.

Of the hundreds of motifs that are featured in tatreez, the Bethlehem Star is one of the oldest and most enduring. It represents the Star that guided the Three Kings on #christmas night.

and the current covid response... or rather, covid denialism...

Shows me how little most of the entire species of humanity cares.

Most of the people I get along with, they cover their breath holes with good masks.

Thank you, you rare few. You give me hope, and a breath of life, while most of humanity hasnt helped me feel better.

P.S. Am I expecting most of humanity to help me? Pfft, no. I wish most of humanity would leave me alone, and stop making laws and noises that add pain into my life.

I gifted our 2 neighbours, next door on both sides of our house, some of my homemade fried ramen. Both have family in hospital ATM & had told me that they are struggling to just feed themselves because they're so worried & at hospital almost all day. They enjoyed my fried ramen & called to ask how I made it.

I told them, they can come over(masks on) & watch how I throw a bunch of fresh & leftover ingredients together & BOOM!

Radsome yummy fried ramen is done ☺️

Methinks a poem set to music counts.

"Honeysuckle vine clings to the fence along the lane
Their fragrance makes the summer wind so sweet
And on a distant hilltop, an eagle spreads it's wings
An' a songbird on a fence post sings a melody

In my Tennessee mountain home
Life is as peaceful as a baby's sigh
In my Tennessee mountain home
Crickets sing in the fields near by"
